Poster Instructions

The poster should be easily readable from 1.5 meters (4 feet) away. One or more of the authors must be present during the session. If one author represents a team who wrote the paper, that person should be capable of responding to questions concerning all aspects of the presentation.

Support:
We will provide you with tools (adhesive tape, etc.) for hanging your poster, it is recommended that you bring your own materials as a back up.

Format:
There will also be other authors with their poster presentations in the gallery. For that reason, we encourage you to avoid exceeding the dimensions with 90 cm width and 100 cm height and hang your posters vertically.

Abstract Submissions

Creating an Account in AbstractAgent
  1. - Go to the AbstractAgent site: http://www.abstractagent.com/2013iupac/
  2. - Click “Sign Up Now” and follow the instructions for entry into the system.
  3. - Check your e-mail: You will receive a confirmation e-mail message from AbstractAgent.
  4. - Make a note of your user name and password for future reference.
Submitting your Abstracts:
  1. - Go to the IUPAC 2013 submission page: http://www.abstractagent.com/2013iupac/
  2. - Log in using the username and password you just established.
  3. - Click "Submit New Abstract". Follow the instructions, step by step, and then use the "Submit" button at the bottom of the form.
    - On step 6 you have to press "Save and Continue" button to continue. If you do not press this button, you will be warned "Empty Abstract !!" on 10th step.
  4. - You will upload your abstract word document on step 8 by clicking "Upload Abstract File".
 
 
Each participant can present only 2 presentations.
